Storage: Keep tightly sealed and upright in a cool, dry place not exceeding 25°C. Protect from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.

Shelf life: 6 months unopened and 3 months after opening.

Due to hygiene, safety and product integrity, opened or used adhesives and professional-use products cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@lashlock.com with your order number and photos of the product. We'll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

We currently offer shipping only and do not provide self-collection.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details (where applicable).
